Which would you do?

I thought I had decided to do a morning at MK, break at the hotel, and then back to MK for EMH. However, now I am concerned that it will just be too busy, so which would you do?

MK at opening - FL, TT, TL and lunch
Back to Pop until 5:30
ADR at Concourse at 6:30
MK EMH 9:00-12:00 - AL, FL, LS

or

MK at opening
Do all lands
Dinner at Concourse
Back to Pop for evening

I will be there 9/14. We will not being doing all of the rides as my husband does not really like roller coasters and we were just there in March. I had just thought it would be nice to do some of the rides after dark.

My DW and I enjoyed our "afternoon breaks" when we went without the kids.
It was alot more relaxing and we still got to see everything.
We went in Jan and there were no crowds or lines. Mid Sept shouldn't be too bad.
