Which would you choose?

I'd go for 2 rooms at AKL. I'd rather have the daily housekeeping and I prefer not to have a kitchen. I don't want to have the option of cooking when I'm on vacation. Plus, a traditional hotel room feels more like a vacation to me than a home away from home resort.

We'll have housekeeping.... We would go through Disney with the free dining. Works out to be around the same price if we would rent points, pay for tickets and food seperately...

SSR for sure. Once you try a DVC villa you can't go back...washer & dryer, kitchen, balconies, jacuzzi tubs...

Yep, that's what I was going to say. Much roomier!

Since we happen to like the AKL, we would probably choose staying there over SSR. If it was another resort and then there might be a change in preference.

I'd choose SSR. It's nice to have the extra space. You have your space to have alone time and security of all being in one area. They also have a very nice pool at SSR.

SSR. I love AKL, but a villa at SSR would be gorgeous & more spacious than 2 rooms at AKL.
