As it would turn out my dad is not going with us to WDW. So instead of staying at the ASMu suites we can stay at any of the values. I have stayed at POP before and it was horribly crowded and this was the first week of Feb. And I was worried about the Music being crowded because of the suites.

But my question is we are going Nov 29th-Dec 9th. Which All Star would be less crowded during this time? I am really leaning towards the movies is it in condition?

I can't answer your question about the All Stars, but I wanted to say that we were at Pop in February of 2007 (9 - 16) and again last week. February was not crowded at all; last week felt much more crowded. However, we only noticed the crowd during the peak times -- which we avoided at all costs. On our check out day, we went to the food court at about 9:30 a.m. It was amazingly busy. At 7:00 a.m. (when we went every other day) there was almost no crowd. The pools never felt really overwhelmed at any time.

All of the resorts are going to seem crowded at various times of the day: meal times are always crowded in the food court areas whether you are at a Value, Moderate or Deluxe resort.

Pop has 2,880 guest rooms. 4 floors in each building.
All Star Movies and Sports has 1,960 rooms. 3 floors in each building.
All Star Music has 1,768 regular rooms & 192 Family Suites for a total of 1,864 rooms & Suites.
All Star Music is 3 stories high.

All Star Music has less total capacity than Sports are Movies because 2 rooms were used to make each Family Suites. 2 rooms at a value will sleep 8 persons whereas 1 Family Suite will only sleep.
