towncar with grocery stop or using ME and using wegoshop for delivery?

wegoshop only charges 15, 20, 30 dollars more depending on the amount of your order, then of course there's the tip. So, you would pay anywhere from say 20 to 50 dollars on top of what you spend on the groceries. This seems to be a lot cheaper than the $100 plus for the towncar.
