Which would be best?

We just have to make choices and that is what is so hard. My kids really want to eat dinner at Tony's on or MK day and are really excited about seeing the Castle show and Wishes at the park. What is making this so darn hard this time around is there are so many things going on at night we would like to see. Looks like we are going to have to give in some where. You Just can not do everything. So wish I at least had an idea how ROL is going to be scheduled and if it will even be ready by the time we are there.

Agggh!!!...Not here......:crazy2: I'm sure I'm not the only one that will say that this place, is far from any WDW TS that there is....

Or any restaurant anywhere ( for that matter )....There are plenty of other places better than Tony's..

What If you switched your Epcot CMC to the HS day, and move SOA to your MK day ( that you had planned for Tony's ), & then if you wanted Italian food ( better than Tony's ) you have Either Tutto Italia, Via Napoli, or Trattoria al Forno..

No need we have already been there and everyone loved it. Go figure lol!!! What is a must for some is not do for others lol!! Know I do have to say I loved the shrimp scampi over the pasta!!! Yum!!!
We liked it too! But don't mind us, we like Chef Mickeys! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been there, only seen reviews. Obviously your own experience was better than most. I just noticed you're staying at the Poly. Have you looked at doing SOA on your arrival day?

I am leaning towards that. We had Narcoosse's booked for that night but may be I can fit that in somewhere else. Still playing around with our days a little. I would love to add Boathouse but since there is no transportation going to Disney Springs from any of the parks that one may have to be the one that gets cut. I have not given up yet though

A few years ago I booked SOA for our arrival night. It wa a lot of fun, and a nice way to kick off a Disney trip.

Narcoossees is one of my favorite places to eat. I like to time it so we can see Wishes from the porch after dinner, and before dessert and coffee.

There is no way I would book SOA for arrival night - too many things can go wrong and if you miss it because of travel delays, you lose all of that money (not just a $10 per person cancellation fee.)

That is exactly how I booked Narcoossees. Tough decisions. But evently I will get it worked out.

Why don't you have lunch at the Boathouse then go to AK?
I am thinking about that option actually. Just will depend if AK will be open later and ROL will be going on for sure when We are there. If it is then Lunch would be a good idea if not then I will book dinner. I think That just might work!!! Any idea what would be the best route to get from Boathouse to AK using Disney transportation? About how much time should I plan on for lunch and transportation to AK from Boathouse?

We get there at 1:00 pm and would book the 8:15 show. Should not be a problem but I get what you are saying

OMGosh I think I have it figured out!!! Thanks to all of you I think I got a plan!!
Arrival night we will do the 8:15 SOA.
Our MK day we will keep our ADR at Tony's. Our AK day either lunch at Boathouse or dinner Depending on ROL and AK hours. Our DHS day will will go to Cape May ( again what is the best way to get there from DHS? How much time will be needed? What time would be best to make the ADR there so we are back in time for "F"? And lastly I will make a ADR for Narcoosses on our Epcot day. Making it late enough so it is just in time for Wishes!! Staying at the Poly will make it convient to get to Narcoosses using the Monorail. Oh my I am soooooo excited!!! Thank you guys you are the best!!!

I would plan to set aside 2 -1/2 hrs. or so, for lunch, a bus ride from DS to AKL, & then a short bus ride from AKL-AK....If there is extra time you can wander around & check out the lodge...:thumbsup2

LoL you snuck that last post in before I finished posting mine..

If you're taking the boat from HS I believe it stops at S & D 1st before BC/YC.... so adding a lil time.....Maybe 20 mins or so of travel, & add a few mins. to the line when waiting....Double that for when you return or maybe a little more ( because of F!).

Just made a lunch ADR for 11:00am so I Should get to the park no later than 1:45pm. Is that right? If so I can make my FP starting at 2:00

Great!!! So do you think a 6:00 pm dinner time should work then or should I make it for a little earlier?

Actually I just changed it to 5:20 pm just to be on the safe side

It appears that F! is at 9 pm that whole week....That should give you ample enough time..Even if you have an hour & 1/2 alotted for dinner ( which should be Plenty) you definitely should get back to HS by 7:30 the latest I'm guessin.... If you happen to get the earlier, even better..More time to fit something else in.
