I have a short trip planned in Oct. for the 9th-12th---I reserved a woods view because that was the cheapest room left -- which woods view rooms should i TRY and request? never been to this resort before so I have no idea--- I DO like quiet since I am a light sleeper-- any suggestions for WL veterans?

thanks so much

My family liked the woods view in the north wing of WL because they could see the fireworks display in the evening. I recall seeing a lot of activity below our room as well of loading and unloading of trucks for WL.

Looking at a map of WL, I would think a woods view in the south wing might provide the most quiet. Then ask for a room away from the lake so you won't hear the boats, people returning from MK and other activities along the beach.

Good Luck!

in which our balcony overlooked the villas and some woods. Our door overlooked the lobby. It was a convenient location for the lobby, WCC, elevators, & buses. We were on the 5th floor and you could hear just a little of the noise going on in WCC. We wouldn't have enjoyed it if we were on a lower floor.

Have a great trip.:earsboy: :earsgirl:

We had Room 5008 (woods view) last year and it was so nice. It overlooked a patch of woods and a little retention pond and it was nice to sit out on the balcony and see the birds and rabbits below around the water. Through the trees you could see the Magic Kingdom in the distance and at night you could see the fireworks bursting over the top of the trees. We felt like it was a great room.
