Which weekend would be more crowded?

Which of the three weekends below will be most crowded? I've never gone any of these dates before so not sure how to judge how crazy the parks will be.

12/3-12/4
12/16-12/17 (I figure this weekend is pretty crowded since it's close to Christmas)
1/13-1/14 (The Monday after if Martin Luther King day, is this a big holiday at Disney?) Dining options were pretty easy to get for this weekend so not sure if that's an indication of crowd levels or anything.

1/13-1/14: A lot of people like to do a long weekend at WDW.

We were there the first week of December one year and I thought the crowds were light to moderate, even though there was a cheerleading competition going on. They tend to use the value resorts for the most part, so if you stay at a Moderate or Deluxe you shouldn't be bothered by them.

1/13-1/14 will most likely be the busiest, with 12/3-12/4 the least busy.
