Which weekend for WWOHP

We are planning to be in Orlando from 2/17 - 3/1. We are planning a cruise during that time. We would like to visit US/IOA, mainly to see WWOHP. Which weekend do you think would be better to visit - 2/18 - 2/20 (leading into President's Day) or 2/26 - 2/28.

I tell you...Universal and IOA have been so busy lately, there's no way to tell when it's a good time to go. January usually isn't busy but the crowds are still coming. I think you should just go whenever it's better for you.
