Which week would you pick - March 15th to May 7th

I am putting together a family trip with nine in total, 6 adults and 3 kids under 5. We are going to go down for around a week and we have a pretty wide open schedule now. Given that Easter is the last weekend of March and there is spring break to deal with and all the other factors (ride closures, park hours, etc.), which week would you choose in order to minimize crowds and maximize enjoyment? I'm sure many of you having taken trips in this time period and I was just wondering if any of you can give me some direction.

Also, when would it be best to book this trip if I wanted to stay on site and get a deal on accomodations?

It depends, max crowds and hours and entertainment, or not. You can avoid the crowds by going right away, or the last couple weeks of that period, but will have some rehabs, short hours and entertainment limited to weekends. I'd prefer to skip some crowds and go at the end of April where you get warmer temperatures.

Deal for the earlier part come out around the Holidays. Then they may expire for Spring Break. Deals for after Spring break come out in the middle or Winter.

With kids that young I would agree. Late April or early May. Entertainment will be reduced but that may not matter to the kids. Will the adults mind if rides are closed for refurb or entertainment is limited?
