Which week would you choose for January 2027?

Which week would you choose? FARTS is fine going or not. I am really hoping for a MK and EP EEHs. (if they still do this) Which do you think would be the best with crowds? I know the last week they have the employee appreciation party.

We just got back, and felt the crowds were very manageable the 24-30. Monday through Wednesday the crowds were pretty low we felt. Especially Tuesday at MK for the early close. Between that and being cold we were able to do everything we wanted. I don’t think anything hit an hour wait all day.

Saturday and Thursday (didn’t do a park Sunday) were crowded but nothing crazy. Friday felt very crowded though and some of the wait times reflected that. Cheer competition brought alot of people in.

World showcase in Epcot was quite crowded the 3 times we walked through it though. Best to get through it around 11 because as lunch time rolls around it becomes packed.

Ya, I imagine Epcot without the FARTs would be much more manageable.

Where will you be staying? Keep in mind that the skyliner will be closed Jan 24 - 30

We have visited every week in January (we have a few birthdays in the middle of the month) and have pretty much preferred the last week. The last time we visited in January was in 2020 right before the pandemic closures. The weather wasn’t great - overcast and chilly (50’s daytime, a bit colder at night) - but certainly tolerable. I don’t recall the crowds being too bad (except one evening at Geyser Point when everyone within miles seemed to show up at the same time ). There were people using the pools (we stayed at BRV), but I wasn’t one of them.

I'd have such a hard time deciding. For one thing, FARTS does matter a lot to me. Also, don't discount the MK and Cast Appreciation Day. I went to the MK that afternoon. Tiana's Bayou Adventure was virtually a walk-on around 1:30. 7DMT was down, so crowds didn't count there. Jungle Cruise was about 10 minutes. I walked out of the Emporium when I heard the afternoon parade and walked right to the curb-lots of empty room. However, the Skyliner being down was a disappointment since I love Primo Piattos lemon-blueberry pancakes! And this year the last week in January was so cold! Frankly, I probably wouldn't go either week, I'd wait and go in early February.
