Which week is slower

We've been to Disney the week after Thanksgiving(Sun-Sat) countless times and have felt it's a decent time without too stifling of a crowd. This time we're debating going the following week instead.

So, our choices are:

Nov 30-Dec 6

or

Dec 7-Dec 13

Has anyone here gone the second week after Thanksgiving? And if so, and you've also gone the week after, how would you compare the crowds?

You may be hard-pressed to find a hotel room for Dec 7-13. There is a pharmacy conference at the convention center and a lot of offsite hotels have no availability. Disneyland will likely be crowded on the 7th due to Candlelight Processional.

Thanks you very much, joyful! That was all the information I needed. We're planning on staying at the PP; I called Disney as soon as I saw your post and found that the hotel is completely booked for the week of Dec 7-13 specifically because of the convention you mentioned(plus another convention). So that made up our minds for us.
