I'm currently planning my first solo trip to WDW! I have 3 possible weeks I am looking at. I have never visited in the fall before (usually go May or January) and never by myself before. I am hoping to get to my first ever MNSSHP, do a 4-Parks-1-Day challenge, and maybe (if the planets align) experience Food & Wine for the first time. (Although F&W is not high on my priority list — my whole life is already a food and wine festival
) I plan to spend most of my time at MK and AK.
For anyone that travels to the World in the fall months, would you give preference to any one of these weeks over the others? And why? All dates are Sun-Fri.
3rd week in Sept (Sept 18-23)
4th week in Sept (Sept 25-29)
Last week of Oct/1st week of Nov (Oct30-Nov 4) -- mostly considering this because it is my actual birthday week
I should add that I am not terribly averse to heat, I'm in my mid 30's and in pretty good shape in terms of getting around
I am somewhat averse to crowds, although since I will be on my own I envision myself traveling relative ease in most crowded situations. The trip is a bday gift to myself, and my husband and I are planning to start a family SOONish so it's one final "selfish" Disney trip before I have a little mini-mouse in tow.
