Which week for December 2009?

I am planning a trip for December 2009 and am debating either 12/6-12/12 or 12/13-12/18. Is there any difference in crowds during either of these weeks? Anyone have a reason why one week might be better than the other? Our kids will be 3 and 5 so fantasy land in the MK will be our focus, but we also want to check out the lights in HS and Epcot. Thanks. Also, we would be staying at either the boardwalk or the wilderness logde.
