Which way should we go?

If we aren't interested in roller coasters and have FP for our major rides we want to see, where should we go to avoid crowds in Epcot and MK to avoid crowds/bottlenecks at rope drop?

In the MK, I would probably take that first left after Main Street and head towards Adventureland or Liberty Square and ride Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, or Pirates with low waits.
