Which WaterPark First?

Hi! So my boyfriend and I are heading to Disney in July. We have a waterpark day planned where we go to both parks. My goal is to be there when it opens in hopes of shorter lines for the slides. In your opinion which park would you go to first?

It has been years since I went to a water park in July, but they used to reach capacity and close to additional guests, and there's always the afternoon thunderstorm risk. So I would go to the park you most want to see first. For us that's blizzard beach. If it reaches capacity I don't know if I'd leave and try to go in to TL
