Which water park for young kids, and a silver AP question

Which water park is better for younger kids, 2 yo, 35" and 7 yo, 47" (possibly 48" by then)?

Also, there is a special $45 water park ticket for AP. We are silver pass holders so we are blocked out in the summer. Can we still purchase the discounted water park tickets in the summer? They can only be purchased at guest relations, so I don't want to plan a weekend and get there and it not be the special rate.

Can't answer the ticket price question, but as to which one is better....the answer is both. Really. A lot of people may say BB is better, because it has Ski Patrol and Tykes Peak. That is very true, and those are great places for kids. But TL has very well done kids areas too. If I have to pick one for young kids, I'd say 51%/49% BB, but you'll have just as much fun at TL.
