Just wondering which water park we should take our 3 year old to. We haven't been to a water park in awhile and can't remember what they have for little ones. Our son does good swimming with a life vest. Will he be able to go down any of the slides by himself while wearing one.

Thanks!

I believe both parks are set up to accomodate little ones, but I don't recall the play area in BB. The one in TL however made me wish I was a toddler again! :bounce:

I'm pretty sure TL has more shaded areas, which to me makes it better for the little ones.

We took DD#1 to BB when she was 4 and she loved it. We are returning this year with DD#2 who is 3 years old. They have a fun section for little ones and other things for them to enjoy.

Can kids that age go on any of the water slides outside the kiddie area? We're going in early November and are thinking of a day at TL but not sure if it will be worth it if our daughter will have to stay in the kiddie area all day. Btw, she'll be 2.5yo and she's 36 inches now if that makes any difference.

Well you could take him to TL. TL has a kiddy water park, a lazy river where you can float or swim. If you want to float there are tubes you can take out with you. The kiddy water park has a small water slide . And yes he could go down the other slides wearing a life vest.

the water slides have a height req. i forget what it is but our 3 y/o didn't make it, she was close though. she was able though to go down the family raft ride at tl, that was her favorite we must have went down it 15 times. she also liked the little kids area at tl alot better than bb. the area was alot bigger and better layed out i thought. they had a pretty long winding slide they can go down along with a few smaller ones like at the park. also they have a shallow pool connected to slush gusher divided by a rope so me and my dh could take turns going down the slide with our older dd's. it was really nice because she could play in the pool for a long time while we went down slush gusher a dozen times (you have to go down atleast once it is soooo fun !!)

Are they allowed to go through shark reef with a lifevest? DD has already done a swim with stingrays so they won't scare her.
