Which Villa's are available with resale.

Hi there, we are waiting to close on a boardwalk villa through resale, I was wondering which villas are available to book as I know Disney only allows us to book some of the older ones, thanks in advance.

Right now the only resort you can't book if you buy resale is Riviera. Unless you buy Riviera resale in which case you can only stay there.

At WDW at 7 months w/ your resale boardwalk points you can book (if there are openings) - listed in historical order:

Beach Club
Saratoga Springs
Animal Kingdom villas - Jambo & Kidani
Bay lake towers @ the Contemporary
Villas at the Grand Floridian
The Poly
Copper Creek @ the Wilderness Lodge

Off site you can book:
Grand Californian Villas @ DL
Vero Beach
Hilton Head
Aulani in Hawaii
