<i>"While the pool situation may be a deciding factor, if the type of beds make a difference then you may have to compromise a little. I believe BW and BCV both onlym offer a sofa bed and one queen size. OKW offers two queens ( so at least the kids get a proper bed to sleep in) I believe at VWL the offering is bunk beds ( is that all they offer?) As this option has the lowest "footprint" size you would probably have plenty of room for a "portacrib" for the 18 month old and the 4y old could use the lower bunk (don't think placing the 4y old 5 feet off the ground would be the safest option LOL) ."</i>
It's true that BWV and BCV offer 1 queen and 1 double sleeper sofa -- but VWL also offers 1 queen and 1 double sleeper sofa, not bunk beds... The bunk beds are only offered in the hotel rooms, as far as I know. We stayed at VWL a few years ago and specifically asked if we could get bunk beds and were told they didn't offer them in the villas.
As far as the OP's request for recommendations, I'd either suggest VWL (for overall wonderful theming, great pool for younger kids and proximity to MK) or BCV (for attractive, bright rooms, best pool on Disney property and excellent proximity to Epcot, MGM and entertainment of Boardwalk)... Whatever you decide will be great, though!!
Happy planning,
Sarah
