Which value resort is best?

Which of the value resorts are best? I have heard that the values can be busy during early Dec. Is this true? Are we better off hitting a value resort in early Jan?

My son loves water slides and playgrounds. Which park (between moderate & value) would be best for this?

the values have some wonderful playground but not slides in the pool at all.

I would go with CSR if you must have a wonderful playground and a slide in the pool. POR is also nice.

if you think your child can live without a slide then Pop Century is very nice!

POP! We loved loved loved Pop it had an awesome location! No water slide but none of the values have them.

POP gets my vote for best value but it has been said that the values don't have slides. I also like CSR but I might be tempted to stay at POFQ for the slide. How cool would it be to be able to slide on that dragon/lizard's tongue?
