which value? i'm confused now!!

ok so i was originally going to book POP. mainly because of the fact that it doesnt share buses. plus i personally know someone who has stayed there so its coming on good recommendation.
but now i've been looking at ASmusic. i like the theming of music and i prefer the music rooms to the POP rooms, they look nicer.
plus i'm now not as put off that the all stars share buses since someone pointed out that in theory there's 3 sets of buses i can take, then walk between the resorts, since music is in the middle of the 3
i like the theming of ASmovies but put off by the reports of the rooms being in need of refurb.
i dont really fancy ASsports but will book it if its my only option and everything else is booked.

so now the question is Music or POP? pros and cons to each please!!!

I've not stayed at POP so I can't really vote, I just wanted to say that we chose ASMu over pop because of :-

1. The room blocks are only 3 storeys high
2. There are 3 resorts very close to each other and therefore 3 foodcourts, shops etc.
3. I believe that the rooms at ASMu have recently been refurbished
4. I just liked the look of it

All very shallow reasons and I'm sure there are as many reasons to choose POP over ASMu.

I stayed in POP last January, and personally I would always stay at POP as the resort only has one bus stop and doesnt share with other resorts, and that is really important to us as we dont hire cars.

I've read on a lot of posts that POPs foodcourt is meant to be best as its bigger and brighter - we found it great, there was loads of seating, food choice etc.

We stayed on the 4th floor but there are lifts if you dont fancy the walk.

If you really like the theming at music go with that - a lot of disney hotel choices are just down to personal choice I think

I would choose Pop, it has a better location, All Stars are great but I think Pop is just that bit better. With the bus situation you won't always have the chance to just get on any one and then walk to your resort, lots of times the bus will come and will be for all of the resorts which means then that it will be packed and can take ages to get on one.

We have stayed at both and if I had to pick it would be All stars. Pop was very noisy in room, you could here every moment from adjoining rooms. The food court is good but after 2 weeks the food was limited.
All stars has the option of each food court a lot of the menu is the same but each had something the others didn't.We have always ended up in the mighty duck section which was as easy to go to the ASMu food court or bus stop as it was to go to the ASMo, which was handy.

I just voted Pop....we have stayed there before and love it....we drove past the All Stars on our last visit and it didn't look as nice......

I have stayed at both and, out of the two, prefer Pop Century.
