Which Vacation Villa????

I am taking my family of 5 to DisneyWorld early May 2004 for 7 nights. I have searched for Vacation Villas at w.villadirect.com. As you know, there are oodles. I have narrowed to the following:

Clear Creek
Indian Creek
Oak Island

Any comments on these places would be appreciated. This will be the first trip for my family so I would like a newer villa. I have been to Disney 2 times and stayed at Disney. The family wants a villa.

First of all does location really matter ?

Clear Creek is 1 mile north on US 27 from US 192 junction. Therefore from Disney turn off on US 192 you are 8 miles from Disney and on good days that will take 10 minutes.

Indian Creek and Oak Island are 3 miles from the Disney turnoff, about 4 minutes.

The homes will be about the same age on all the developments so it realy boils down to what the home has, which way the pool faces and personal choice.

We stayed in Indian Creek spring of 2000 lovely home, booked thru Florida Leisure. Don' know anything about the other two. There ws still building going on in Indian Creek back then. We are booked in Indian Creek starting 12-20-03 thru 1-10-04. Pretty close to Disney. I would say the homes probably aren't over 4 years old, probably newer ones there too.

We just rented a great villa called Villa Raymar.It's in the Hampton Lakes development. The website is www.villaraymar.com. It looks great and we are all really excited about it.This is also our first time renting and hope we made a good choice! I'm sure it's at least a 15-20 minute drive to Disney but that's OK.Good luck finding a Villa....We went thru dozens of websites and villas before we found one that was right for us!
