Which two days for Legoland ?

I have a 2 night package booked for Legoland which is May 16-18th

I can either do the parks on the Friday and Saturday or the Saturday and Sunday.
Which would you recommend?

I'm thinking Sat & Sun because when we arrive on Friday it would be nice to explore the hotel, swim in the pool etc, we did pay for early check in at 1pm so even though we arrive around 11am we can leave the bags at bell services and look around rather than going right to the parks.
But also worried it will be super busy - was hoping the kids could get some rides at Legoland with minimal waits compared to Universal and WDW.

I would do Friday (even though you would be entering the park a little late) and Sunday. Leave Saturday to explore the madness at the hotel. 1/2 of Friday plus all of Sunday is PLENTY of time to see all of Legoland. I'm sure Sunday will be slightly less crowded than Saturday.

the package I have has 2 day tickets which are for 2 consecutive days. So it would have to be Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun

Then Sat/Sun. Do a mid-day pool break on Saturday. You'll still have plenty of time to see all of the park.
