Staying at Coronado for the first time for our upcoming Spring Break trip. Based on our other must dos, I think we will have time for two sit down meals at the resort. Which two would you recommend?

Does Budget matter? Because Rix and Toledo's are not even in the same universe.
No. I think any of these could be worked into the budget. We have never stayed there and don’t know when we will again, so mostly just looking for the best the resort has to offer.

This time of year they have the fires going at Three Bridges and it’s really pretty sitting looking out over the resort. Food is decent too, they have a shrimp salad I’ve been craving since I had it last!

(Not my pic I just pulled it off the net, but it nicely captures the atmosphere. They also have the tall fire stands throughout the restaurant when it’s chilly.)

We have dined at Toledo twice and had great meals both times. Plan to return again.
It has been a while, but Maya Grill was extremely disappointing, and have no plans to return.

We really like Toledo and 3 Bridges, but 3 Bridges is an open-air restaurant; if it's rainy or chilly, you might want to consider something else. We actually enjoyed Rix the 2 times we were there. Once was lunch, we were starving, and the food was good. The second time, we were tired, we just wanted to sit someplace cozy and relax. Rix was perfect; we had wings, nachos, beer, and watched some football. Worked out great!

Just wondering if anyone has had recent experience dining at Three Bridges, without staying at CS? We really enjoyed Three Bridges on a previous trip and would like to return next month, but we're not at CS this trip. I know many resorts turn away guests without room or dining reservations. Do they allow folks to park for a couple hours to enjoy Three Bridges? Thanks.
