I just rearranged our schedule a bit and have to give up our Ohana ressie. I can't get another for the night we need yet but I really want to eat at one of these resorts and then hang out on the beach for the EWP and Fireworks. If I can't get Ohanas or Park Fare which other TS meal would you suggest at either the Poly or GF? It will be my, my husband and our 3 girls ages 6, 4 & 2. Thanks!

You might want to try Kona at the Poly. It is more family friendly than the other options at the Grand. After dinner, it is a short walk to the Beach to see EWP.

We ate at the GF Cafe last year for dinner with our then 9 and 2 YO. I didn't find the place inappropriate for children at all. The restaurant was only about half full but most of the tables had children. It wasn't chaotic and we enjoyed a nice meal there. Plus, we had really good service.

We went to Kona in June after it was recommended to us on these boards. It was our favorite meal of the week and a place we would not have thought to try. There were quite a few children there and they seemed to be doing fine. We thought our meal was far superior to Ohana.

we have eaten at both GF cafe and Kona. We prefer Kona but if you can't get it GF cafe would be a good alternative. You could watch the fireworks and ewp from either resort.
