Which TS are outdoors?

I want to avoid sitting outside b/c of the June heat. Is the Luau outside? What about BIergarten? Any others I should cross of the list?

Biergarten is not outdoors. Don't know about Luau. Only other TS I can think of that has tables outdoors is Big River Grille on the Boardwalk (but BRG also has indoor tables).

Rose and Crown Pub in Epcot and Tony's Restaurant in Magic Kingdom have some outdoor tables, but most are inside.

1) Outdoor-only TS seating:

. . . Plaza, although most seats are well under cover

2) Indoor or Outdoor TS seating:
