I just booked our trip to WDW for the last week in Oct. We have used the mears shuttle service in the past and it was awful. Long line and of course we were the last stop on the shuttle. I won't do it again.

I have been doing some research and have it narrowed down to three towncar companies.

Happy Limo (is there a coupon on line?). 15 min grocery stop included. $85.00 roundtrip.

Tiffany Towncar Service (coupon for $5.00) Is there a free grocery stop? $90.00 roundtrip

Fl Town car service (coupon for $5.00) Is there a free grocery stop? $105.00 roundtrip (before coupon)

I want value for my dollar so price while is a factor it is not the deciding factor.

We want to have someone waiting for us at baggage claim and a nice clean car with a polite driver.

So what serivce would you all recommend? Who have you used.

Thanks to all who respond!

Be careful w/ happy limo...I too thought they were $85.00 but they add a bunch of surcharges after I booked...$5.00 airport surcharge etc..etc... it came to $97.50 even w/ the coupon from mousesavers.com!!!

Have you tried transportation2disney.com ? They also go by Murray Hill Transporation. They are $85.00 w/ the coupon online...let me know if you need the link....free 30 min grocery stop, free picture at the entrance and they are one of the few services I haven't heard any thing negative about!

I don't think that 15 minutes is long enough for a grocery stop.

Tiffany DOES offer a grocery stop (1/2 hour), you have to request it in advance.

If this is the same Florida Town Car Service of years past, there were a LOT of propblems with them, and I couldn't recommend them.

I agree that Mears is not the way to go. We will be using a town car service for our trip in July and have narrowed it down to Florida tours and Happy Limo. There is a discount coupon for Happy Limo at Mousesavers.com. Florida tours is a sponsor of these boards and I have read many positive things about them here, so i am leaning toward them. Do a search and you will finds lots of threads on the topic that may help you.

Good luck!

I used Cartier Towncar and thought their service was wonderful! I think the offer a discount if you book through their website. Their prices include a grocery stop, we were told it was 30 minutes ... we only stopped in for a few things so we didn't use the whole time. Our driver was very helpful and pleasant ... We're definitely going to book with them on our next trip :)

We used Tiffany Town Car in November. We were very pleased with their service. They met us at the baggage claim holding sign with our name on it. It was raining when we arrived, so our driver ran to get the car for us and pulled it right up to the exit so we wouldn't get wet. We didn't use the grocery stop though. Had the same driver on the way back to airport. Was waiting for us at the lobby entrance of CBR-right on time. It was our 1st time using Tiffany Town Car service after being disgusted with Mears. We will use them from now on. Good luck with your plans.

Wow! thanks to all who responded! I have alot of time to research and the advice given today is wonderful!!!:teeth:

The tiffany grocery stop is now only 20 minutes. We just got back and no, the driver did not time us. We were only at the hess mini mart. Also check their prices. I know they had an increase, so get the accurate information.

I give FL Tours two thumbs up. We used them last week and had great service (they are a sponson of this site). I highly recommend them. Cars (two different cars and drivers) were clean and smelled fresh, drivers were very good. Both helped with luggage and pointed us in the right direction. First driver gave us lots of hints and talked the whole way to the hotel. Also includes a 30 min stop at grocery (but you have to book this when you book the car).

If you sign up as a sponsor of this site, you get an additional discount with FL Tours.

Best of luck on your decision and have a great trip.

I just wanted to make everyone aware that the company Anne refers to above is not the site sponser FL. Tours.

I also agree that money should not be the only factor, I do know that Happy has a 15 min grocery stop and Tiffany has recently changed from a 30 min. to a 20 min. grocery stop. I would have a hard time getting in and out in that time.

We have always preferred to use FL Tours for our transportation. Andy is a wonderful guy who will see to it you are taken care of.

FL Tours is the official transportation company of the DIS and by using them we are supporting these boards. I know that I would be lost when it comes to my Disney planning without these boards.

My recent FL. Tours Review

I was having a hard time deciding which service to use but because of FL Tours being a sponsor of DIS, I've decided to go with them. We're going 4/28-5/4 so I'll report when we return.

Sawermaw1- I think you will be VERY pleased~
THe call to confirm the return trip the night before we left (Andy himself mind you!) was very reassuring.
Have a great trip.

I swear I will drive myself crazy with this but it really is the last thing I have to book!

Has anyone used Cartier. I was on thier website and was impressed but I would like some first hand accounts.

I'm sorry to be such a pain but I feel the more research I have the more confident I will feel about my decision!

Thanks::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo

I'm surprised no one has mentioned ********. Find them at www.********.net. The owner/operator (Rabbit) is very friendly - the van was very clean. He was on time, and cost, after coupon was $80 round trip to BCV. The grocery stop was not timed. We're using him again next month.

After 13 trips with Tiffany I'm changing over. Heard good things about Murray Hill and am going to give them a try. They are $5.00 cheaper for my resort drop off. Someone spoke of a coupon on line, but I can't find it. I already reserved them and they have gotten back to my emails immediately (very impressive:) ). Any clues?

guess you have not read the posts about them changing hands and now people having all kinds of problems with them?

While I realize cost isn't everything I was a bit surprised when I got my quote from Happy Limo. Their website price was right in-line with everyone elses however the have a lot of extra fees. For transportation from MCO to WL the additional fees include: $5 airport sur-charge, $9 MK gate fee, $4 tolls, and $10 booster seat. I thought the fees were a bit ridiculous. The $5 airport charge seems like it should be included in all their prices from the airport since that is the service they are providing. They are also the only company I have found that charges tolls and for one booster seat. The $9 MK gate fee is in addition to the $5 extra they charge to take you to a MK resort.

No, I haven't read any of those posts but I'm definitely going to do a search to see what's up.
