Which tours?

My husband and I are planning a few days without kids in November. I have tried to get reservations for the keys to the kingdom tour but it is booked. Any suggestions for some other tours we should look into? Or any other "adult" things we should do? We have been many times with our kids and are looking for some new experiences.

My adult daughter and I may go down in Jan 2017. I'd love to plan something new for us to do. I hope you will get some ideas. Things we have done in the past .... Food & Wine Festival at night, Universal and IOA, Discovery Cove. I'd like to do a tour.

The Wild Africa Trek in AK is a fantastic experience if you're into that sort of thing.

I liked the "Magic of our Steam Trains" tour.

My personal favorite is "Backstage Magic". While I don't know if you are open to paying that amount or if you want to be on a tour that long... it truly is an amazing experience and very fun. Lunch is provided, as well.
