Hit Buzz at rope drop, then Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Splash, and Haunted Mansion during the first 60-90 min. Plan your FP+ for 11, 12, and 1. You should be good to go!

Since most of the rope drop emphasis is for SDMT you will be able to hit everything by 1pm regardless. I think uccats97 advice is solid but almost making the FP at random would work, you would just wait in some longer lines. I've ridden BTMRR 4 times at RD with 5/10 minute posted wait times with if anything should have been posted lower.

Peter Pan, thunder, and splash. I'd do space mountain at rope drop. I would definitely try to FP splash because the line is like 90% outdoors so you'll sweat to death just standing in that line forever. Buzz tends to go through weird line fluctuations, so should be easy enough to keep an eye on it and hit it when its low (or at rope drop right after space).

I agree with these three FP+ suggestions.

After park open, I would hit:
1. Space
2. Buzz
3. Haunted Mansion
4. POTC
5. Jungle Cruise

I would be really surprised if you could not finish these five rides in the first 90-120 minutes the park is open. It will probably take 20-25 minutes to ride Space and Buzz.

I've always had good luck starting in Adventureland at rope drop, hitting a bunch of rides with little to no wait, and then starting FP around 10:00
1. Jungle Cruise
2. Pirates
3. BTMRR
4. Splash (if very hot, might want to FP this and not Haunted Mansion)
5. FP Haunted Mansion
6. FP Peter Pan
7. FP Space Mountain
8. Get a 4th FP for Buzz (shouldn't be too hard)

1st: Peter Pan - Although I am not a big fan of Peter Pan, I think it needs a fast pass more than anything else since it is a 'must ride' but I do not enjoy the ride enough to wait over an hour for it.
2nd: Jungle Cruise - Very similar to my explanation on Peter Pan, also the queue for this ride if not in fast pass is extremely boring.

3rd ( Summer Months - May - September) : Splash Mountain - If you are going in summer months, I would 100% recommend for a fast pass.
3rd ( Winter Months) : Buzz Lightyear
