I have 2 reservations for BOG, and neither is optimal. I'm trying to decide which is the lesser evil, and would like some advice. I was able to get a BOG dinner reservation for 10pm when EMH are 9-11, so I'd lose that 2nd hour of EMH. I kept checking to see if I could get something better, and now have a 6:45pm, much better time, but it's on a Monday. Everything I've ever read tells me don't do MK on a Monday because of crowds. I thought about park hopping, but my mom can't get around very fast so we'd waste a lot of time getting from one park to another. Thoughts? Feelings? Emoticons?

What date exactly are you looking at? I would honestly take the earlier time and plan on park hopping.

If going in the summer it's going to be crowded no matter what. Maybe with fast pass planning you can spend the day at MK and enjoy a dinner at the end ?

End of September, a Monday isn't that bad, honestly. Everything says to avoid MK on non-party nights, but it's not that bad. I'd take the Monday 6:45.

I've been there at the end of September. Kids are in school, it's not food and wine yet, so I would agree with the above poster.

Oh, I didn't even think about Food & Wine I guess that'll divert some of the crowd over to Epcot the last 2 weeks of September! Yay!

Personally, eating at 10 pm has absolutely no appeal to me.

I would absolutely take the earlier ADR.

I'd take the earlier seating as well. If you've done any touring that morning and/or early afternoon, you & your Mom will likely be exhausted by 10pm.

Early seating!! Especially if you are wanting to make the most of the EMH!! :)

We have been on Monday evenings several times and it is crowded but we have not been at the end of September. I would much rather have the 6:45 ADR, the EMH goes by so fast make use of your time doing rides.

I would take the earlier reservation. Personally, if I were in your shoes, I would be forcing myself to go to the 10pm reservation and would not enjoy eating that late. Part of me would also be wishing I was out of the restaurant and enjoying the EMHs. I think that would take away from the dining experience .... which is why you want the reservation in the first place! And , from what I have read, EMhs draw crowds as much as a Monday would so it's kinda a tie on that point.

Good luck with your decision.... :)
