Which tickets have DVC discount?

I want to make sure I have seen all the options on the member site. It is only the regular and premium annual passes that have discounts, correct?
Nothing for Disneyland or for both coasts, correct?

WDW - annual pass and premium annual pass (about $125)
DL - Deluxe Annual pass (only $20)

Where on the member site would I find the DL annual pass? Or is that something you have to purchase once out in CA?

You have to purchase there to get the discount.
