Which tasting is best?

We are cruising on the Magic soon and I was wondering which alcohol tasting is best and why? I'm tempted to try the mixology, but heard it was less interactive (the drinks are already poured?) than I hoped....Any feedback is appreciated!

Mixologies seem to vary greatly. We did one each on both of our cruises. In our first one, we made each of our drinks ourselves, at our seats, but I don't think we ever went behind the bar. In our second one, the first several drinks were premade, but we did each get to go behind the bar to mix at least one drink.
