Which Table Service Restaurant?

My mother is headed to DLR next week with my 13 y.o. cousin. So two girls taking on DL and DCA. My mom would like to have one nice sit down meal while they are there. She doesn't want a character meal, wants my cousin to feel like a little lady, but nothing to pricey either. I'd say anything where your average entree is over $25 is out. So what can you suggest on DLR property?

In Disneyland, there is only one sit down place open right now- Carnation Cafe on main street. While the food is good, its probably not what they are looking for.

In DCA, There is the vineyard room, but it is probably pushing the price a bit. There is also Ariels, which is table service and the right price, but has characters.

Storytellers at the Grand is probably a good options. You dont have to go far out of the park to get there. Its pretty nice, and the prices are ok. There is also Napa Rose at GC, but that is going to be above the price they want to spend.

At the DLH, there is Hooks Pointe or Granvilles. Both of them might work, although Granvilles might be a bit pricey.

How about eating in Downtown Disney? I went to DLR on the 12th and we had a nice lunch at The House of Blues. We're going again on the 29th and I'm thinking of having lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. It's really just a short walk from the park. Hope this helps!

How about NAPLES in downtown disney just went last week and I loved it nice italian dishes we took some delicious pasta thy're also pizza .

Taking into consideration my mom's food restrictions and what she was looking for in the price range. She now as a PS for Hook's Pointe, which means she'll also be able to scope out the DLH for me 2 months before I stay there.
