Which table service restaurant would you say is the easiest to go without an ADR?

At busy times, from personal experience: Marakesh, Yak & Yeti, Wave, and Kouzzinas. All were good but we found Yak & Yeti to be the best experience and least deserving of its loneliness. But I think that's probably because of its being inside Animal Kingdom, where seemingly people are not interested in dining.

Almost anything at lunch time is easy to get into

On our trip last November we were a party of six, and we got walk-ups at Kona (early dinner) and The Wave (lunch), both of which we all enjoyed (and that's saying something!). The Kona meal turned out to be my husbands favorite.

I believe a smaller party can generally get seated at the Biergarten TS restaurant (Epcot/Germany). The tables seat 8 and you WILL be seated with other people. They are always looking for parties of 2 or 3 people to help fill up the gaps left by bigger groups.

DISCLAIMER: during free dining, NOTHING may be available for walk-ups. In the MK they've even pressed the Diamond Horseshoe and Tomorrowland Terrace into service as overflow TS restaurants because every single restaurant on the property was full. Yes, one group here and there may get lucky due to a cancellation/no-show, but you shouldn't count on it.

When we were there during Spring Break last year, our group of 6 was able to get into Mama Melrose within 10 minutes, even though they said it would be more like a 20 minute wait. We also were able to walk up at Whispering Canyon for lunch right at noon with no problems, and there were still a lot of tables to be filled (we were a party of 4 during the same Spring Break trip). We have also gone to the Concierge desk to see if any particular restaurants had openings and then cancel the original ADRs that we had so we can go to the new ones.

Judging from whenever I've looked for reservations, Nine Dragons in Epcot seems to always have openings.

I was going to mention Olivia's as PPs have, and the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs can be easy to walk in to. It is one of those hidden gems.

Even though it always appears booked on the res. system, House of Blues will almost always get you in. Don't overlook sitting at the bar -- watching the bartenders do their thing can be entertaining in itself.

Last year the first week of december we got a walk up everyday. I hadn't been to WDW since 2004 and didn't really plan much and didn't realize we needed ADRs. But anyway We got walkups at Tony's Town Square, Grand Floridian Cafe, Nine Dragons and Biergarten. We had short waits at all of them and they were all dinner time meals.

Since you've included all of Walt Disney World, then I would think the easiest TS restaurants to get into (even during busy seasons) would be Shutters at Caribbean Beach or Boatwright's at POR ... something on that order.

I've always been able to get into The Plaza walkup at MK... :goodvibes

it's a hidden gem, IMO. love the decor, you get the belly dancer and music. love it!
even though you may never have heard of a beef brewat roll, it has cinamon!

I've never "walked up" to the restaurant to be seated but have called while in the parks. One November (not free dining)we called from our room and got Kona reses within 30 minutes. In July of this yr, my oldest was mad that we weren't eating at Jiko this trip (spoiled boy) so I called wdwdining while in line for Kalimanjaro Safari at around 10a and got an ADR for that night - I was really surprised and osyched. I have had luck other times getting something for dinner when calling within the parks that day but I do plan most of our ADRs.

This was apparent Sunday at the Polynesian Resort when we waited for our table. The lines just to check in at Ohana’s and Kona Cafe stretched down the lobby hallways.Last year the first week of december we got a walk up everyday. But anyway We got walkups at Tony's Town Square, Grand Floridian Cafe.

Broken record here: Marrakesh!!! Love it- I think the 'tucked in' location keeps it kind of off the radar.
