Which stores have over the counter medicine?

Do all the stores have over the counter meds or just the ones on Main Street? Have a migraine coming on and realized I forgot all my meds back in the hotel!

We're up by Toontown so hoping maybe there was a closer spot but if not I'll head there! Of course, the one day I forget my medicine my migraines act up!

I don’t know if I’ve even seen medicines sold in the parks, but then again I’ve never looked. First Aid can provide Tylenol.

Pioneer Mercantile had some! They had a whole cabinet behind the counter with pain meds, tums, etc. Just a heads up if anyone needs it!

Yeah, I think many of the larger stores do, even if it's not visible. You can always ask a CM where the closest place is to get them. Glad you found what you need.

I'll throw this one in there -- I've purchased some Advil at the Five & Dime at DCA (I think the middle section where all the sweaters are, but probably at all the registers).

Most of the large stores do, just need to ask. I bought tums at the Guardians store once.

They are hidden behind the counter out of guest view

We found some Tylenol at the Droid Depot in Batuu.

If you go to the first aid station in either park they will give you a dose of Tylenol or Ibuprofen for free.
