Which simulation rides have almost no jerking motion?

Our first family trip to Universal is in 2 weeks and I will be 3 months removed from back surgery. Would love some advice on which simulation rides have zero to very little movement. (Soarin at Disney).

I know you can request stationary seating on Minions and Terminator. I think Shrek is minimal, but I haven't been on that one.

Shrek has stationary seating too.

Just a warning…do NOT go on Spiderman. My poor mom's neck hurt for a week after that ride.
