Which signature??

I think we've decided to add another signature meal in on our trip. We never eat at signature restaurants but are doing DxDP this time and figured we would add another one in.

I'd think about the day you're trying to fit it in. Are you going to a park or is it a relaxing day at the resort? If you are going to a park, which one? What other restaurants do you have booked to see if you are missing something and need a variety so you don't book a similar restaurant. Out of the four restaurants you listed above, which menu sounds most appealing to you?
