Which Signature Restaurant???

If you could choose only one of these 2TS Signature Restaurants, which would it be and why.

I CONSIDERED MODIFYING THIS POST TO ELIMINATE THOSE RESTAURANTS THAT HAVE CHANGED THEIR DRESS CODE POLICY TO "RESORT CASUAL", BUT THAT WOULD HAVE MADE CORAL REEF THE ONLY ONE LEFT.

I could pick all or none of those depending on the occassion. There are restaurants that have food which is 80% as good as any of these (IMHO quite a few that are better than Coral Reef) for 50% of the price (one TS voucher) so unless it was a special occassion or there was a specific reason I was going to use two vouchers for one meal I wouldn't use any of them. If there was a specific reason, it would depend on the occassion which I'd choose.

To me these are mostly the only place where I would consider eating if you want real, quality food. If I had to pick one it would be Citricos hand down. Chef Gray is AWESOME and the food is sooo good it makes me cry tears of joy. Literally. It's worth every penny. If I could, I would never eat another nitrate filled hot dog product again and just eat at Citricos, Jiko, V&A, Artist Point and the Fish. They are gold medals surrounded by bronze medals and high school trophies.

We're going to WDW for the first time, and the menu at the Yachtsman Steakhouse looked sooo good that I made a PS for dinner. Has anyone been there, and how is the food? If it's not so good I can reschedule somewhere else. Thanx for all the good posts!
