Which Signature Restaurant?

My Husband and I are going in September and have the dining plan. I want to do only one signature dining, since it cost 2 TS credits. We have been to the California Grill, so we are looking to try anywhere else. Location really doesn't matter to us, I just want to know where would the best place to go.

We love Narcoossee's, Citricos and Jiko...all three places had yummy food.

I haven't been to many TS but plan to do more this trip. The food at Narcooses was very good, especially the mussel appetizer - if you like mussels. the cheesecake for dessert was very good. I don't remember what I had for the main course. I thought the food was better here than CG. Citricos we've been to twice & the first time was better since we had a better waiter and the food was better & I ordered the same thing (osso bucco - although it might be called something else on the menu) but it was still good.

Jiko, Citricos, Flying Fish, Artist Point and Yachtsman Steakhouse are among my favorite signature restaurants.

We've only tried one signature so far, Artist Point, and it was absolutely wonderful! Scrumptious food in a beautiful, quiet setting. And if you've never seen the WL before, it would be a nice opportunity to visit the lovely resort! We would highly recommend AP to anyone.

preferences vary so much it's hard to recommend one for someone without more detail. Jiko has outstanding food and service. The menu is a bit different having African influences. Artist Point is influenced by the national park dining rooms of the West and Northwest. The food and decor reflect this. I find it to be one the quietest restaurants in Disney. Flying Fish is seafood centric and stands up well against other really good seafood restaurants. The potato wrapped snapper is my favorite.

My husband and I really are open about any kind of cuisine.....we like almost everything and we'll always try anything once. I just wanted to know which restaurant people thought was worth the 2TS credits.

Artist Pointe looks really good and I've always wanted to see the Wilderness Lodge so that's a definate front runner....Jiko sounds very good and different and I'm liking Narcoossee's too! Looks like we have some decisions to make!
