Which signature rest for solo traveller??

Hey guys I'm gonna be at wdw last part of may for a solo/business trip and decided I wanted to try a signature rest. for dinner and would love your help.

Jiko, California Grill or Flying Fish (for the seating at the open kitchens, where you can watch the chefs work)

I'm going there solo on a business trip the last part of May, too! I've booked the Cali Grille.

I've eaten at most of the signatures solo before. I've enjoyed all of them. I eaten at the counter at Jiko and a regular table everywhere else.

I definitely think that California Grill would be the best for you. Its atmosphere is a little more mingled in a quite so structured. I think that in itself makes it more comfortable and the views are also very remarkable.

I will post that as part of my TR. I was planning on spending some time on the dining portion of the trip since I won't have the boys and am free to enjoy (and take notes )
