Which side is better, starboard or port?

Hello!

I have been lurking for a couple of weeks and I finally decided to jump in!

About to book our 2004 cruise. I am wondering, if we book an outside cabin, if there is a better side to be on, starboard or port.

Any negatives to either side?

We like the starboard side of the ship - it is the terminal side in Port Canaveral and the water side at CC (usually). So you can look out over the activity during embarkation and across the water and island at CC.

It depends on which cruise...starboard on the 7-day Eastern gives you water views in all three ports.

It will be a Western cruise.
