Which show?

Mom, grandma and two fourteen year old girls. Which show-Hoop de doo or Spirit of Aloha. We have never been to either.

Definitely HDDR. We have seen both shows (and HDDR twice !) and we were not impressed with the Spirit of Aloha show. The food was great but the first part of the show was terrible. The second part was good as it exhibits Hawaiian dances but the rest is fairly dull. The HDDR has great food and is entertaining from start to finish. We love it!

I don't think you would be disappointed w/ either one. We love them both that we flip flop each year. This year it's the Hoop Dee Doo for us.

The food was good at both places.

One thing to watch is that the SOA is outside (kind of, it's covered on the top, but not the sides). We went last October and it got chilly at night. We were lucky to have our sweaters.

I know you will enjoy either one!

We just returned from our trip and while there we did the Spirit of Aloha. We all decided that once was enough. When we return in January, we plan on doing HDDR (never been to this). At SoA, the food was o.k. and the show was really corny. The only highlight of the show was the flame thrower at the very end. It was one of those things that we can say we have done it and we can check it off of our to do list.
