which Sheraton? Villas or villages

we are doing a quick 5 night trip and only going to Seaworld ....and the new water park....which of these 2 should I decide on??? My friend and her son are coming too so we would want a 2 bedroom suite....which is closer to SW and nicer...and most of all We won't HAVE to do a time share presentation will we??? we don;t want free tixs for anything
