Which section of AOA?

We are getting a family suite at art of animation and can't decide which section to stay in: cars or nemo. In the suite will be someone with mobility issues- so I would love to stay as closest to the main areas as possible. Cars building one doesn't look far on the map, but wanted to get advice from the dis of course!

I actually think cars buildings 1 and 3 are a shorter walk to the bus. But they awe all so close I don't think it makes much of a difference. We found the cars section to be much quieter if that matters. The theming in both areas is great!

I might be partial to cars because that is where we stayed
