Which route from MCO to POP?

First time renting a car while there ...

Which route should we take from the airport to Pop century ?

417 or 528 to the 4?

Details to consider

-we need to stop along the way at a walmart / target / grocery store for snacks, water, sunscreen etc

Please give tips/ recomendations as to easiest store to find /navigate from the route


- Our flight lands at 11:30 Saturday Nov 6




Sorry one last ask- How much change do I need for the various tolls?

Take 417 to exit 3, take a right, (Oscaola Pkwy) proceed to light and take a left on S. International Dr. (Gaylord Palms Resort is at that Intersection) There is a Publix grocery approx 3/4 mile on the left, it will have everything you could possibly need, plus there is an attached liquor store if needed. But the store does have a large selection of beers and wine by itself.

Tolls will be 2 @1.25 and $.50 at exit 3

After leaving the store proceed back the way you came in to Osceola Pkwy, Take a left and follow right into Disney property approx 2 miles, take first right after entering Disney property onto Victory Way and Pop will be 1/2 mile on your right.

Are you planning on hitting a park your first day? Will you be renting a fridge for the room? Are you planning on buying items that need to be kept chilled? Your room may not be ready at noon so all your stuff would need to possibly stay in the car till check in time.

If you are planning on hitting a park your first day I would plan on having everything you need for the first day in your bag, then at the end of the evening leave one adult and kiddos and the hotel while the other adult hits the store alone. It will be quicker than trying to schlep everyone into a store especially when kids are anxious to get to the parks.
