Which route better into WDW?

Just to add some confusion, Toll 429 is also called Western Beltway.

Western Way ends slightly west of its 429 interchange. There has been a small amount of development (condominiums) to the west. Hartzog Rd. is also to the west, and may still be named on the exit sign. To the east, in WDW, (left as you exit 429 coming from Florida's Turnpike) there was once planned some development comparable to Disney Springs (DTD) plus some hotels which would then give Western Way a character similar to Buena Vista Drive.

October 2016 is the target date for all roads with electronic tolls to be compatible with one another nationwide. Some road agencies may expect their own subscribers to turn in their transponders for new ones.

The WDW development there is Flamingo Crossings, right? Unless something drastic has happened, it's still on- two hotels were supposed to open in February 2016.
