Which room to request at the BC???

My husband, 2 daughters, and I are going to WDW in April 2004.
We will be staying at the BC. I was wondering if there is a certain room that we should request or any room to stay away from. I would like to be close to the pool and Disney transportation. I would also like a balcony. My husband and I smoke but we can limit it to outside with no problem. Does anyone have any suggestions???

I hope that I don't cause any confusion, I changed my user name to wdwmom2. I booked my vacation through mouseears.com. I believe that I have a standard room. Any suggestions????
