Which Room At Boardwalk Inn?

I am going to be surprising DH by taking him to WDW for his 40th in February.

I'd like to stay at Boardwalk Inn, but I would love to have a view of Epcot from our room. Where exactly would I request when making ressies? Is there any map online somewhere that shows the layout of Boardwalk Inn like there was of Beach Club?

We just got back from BWI and we had a Standard room reserved. We asked for a room on the "top floor overlooking the rose courtyard." We had a nice view of Epcot and the fireworks! It was very quiet in that area too - nice for sitting out on the balcony.
