Which rides typically stay open during MVMCP?

All of the major rides are open. Some that are not: Hall of Presidents, Tiki Room, TTA, Riverboat, Jungle Cruise wasn't listed on last year's map but I think it may have been open. Some of the fast food places aren't open: Columbia Harbor House, Plaza Pavillion.
