Which rides spin a lot?

I am sensitive to spinning, it makes me feel sick. Even things like the Toy Story Midway Mania (or whatever it's called) ride at Hollywood Studios can make me sick because the car will spin fast to face the other side sometimes.

Which rides at the parks have a lot of spinning?

I’m sure others will think of more spinning vehicles but Storm Force probably has the most spinning (teacups). Men in Black (kind of like Toy Story spin) and also Cat in the Hat have some spinning. Gringott’s has a little bit of spinning. UO also has several simulator rides that can easily make people motion sick but you mentioned spinning.

Just to clarify, is it spinning specifically or motion simulators in general that gives you a problem? Skip MIB and Cat in the Hat if it's only spinning that's the issue.

MiB spins a lot more than TSMM. Spiderman, Storm force, twirl/hurl, cat/hat, and just a very little on gringotts. If motion sickness, too, there are a lot more to list

If its just repeated spinning you need to avoid then Men In Black and Cat in the Hat.

As others have mentioned, Universal has lots of indoor motion simulator rides. If you are prone to general motion sickness then definitely pack some dramine/patches/bands.
I don’t even walk in the parks without the patches.

It's both, but I can identify the motion simulator rides. If they have an area where you can sit and they don't bounce you around I can handle that okay.

What type of patch do you use? It's repeated spinning and also motion simulator rides. If it's just spinning now and then I'm okay. Also loop-the-loops are a no-go for me. In fact, the last time I went to Universal Studios (which was like 20 years ago) I distinctly remember puking after a roller coaster there that went upside down.

Over the counter. I ordered them from Amazon and tried them out at our local park (Dollywood) and they were a game changer for me. Really night and day difference from the non drowsy dramamine. Regular dramamine works ok for me but make me so sleepy because I usually need two.

I was amazed at how well the over the counter patches work. I really thought it would need to be prescription strength. They are just called “MQ Motion Sickness Patch”.

One a scale of 1-10 feeling sick for me, lets say, riding Transformers:
Taking Nothing - thats a 10, go straight to the nearest bathroom
Non drowsy Dramamine 7
Regular Dramamine 5
Patches 2

After struggling with only Dramamine type products for about 10 years, My best advice is keep trying different things until you find something that really works for you. Patches/Bands/Prescription Meds. Because after finding something that works it makes the parks 100 times better.

Minions has stationary seating. Ask the TM at the front about accessing the stationary seating- they may let you skip the line if the entire party is sitting in stationary seating. I wouldn’t ask to skip though.

I'm excluding the roller coasters since those don't spin per-se but you'll have to decide if you like those or not.

In IOA:
Storm Force Accelatron is all spinning. It's the teacup ride.
Spiderman the vehicle spins 3 or 4 times.
Forbidden Journey doesn't spin all the way around but it twists you back and forth.
Cat in the Hat spins you around multiple times. This is similar to the Toy Story Mania ride you mentioned without the shooting.
Caro-Seuss-el is a carousel and One Fish, Two Fish is like Dumbo. They both turn in a circle but your car isn't spinning.

Studios:
Mummy spins your car once or twice.
Gringott's spins the vehicle a few times.
Men In Black spins you around multiple times. It's the same ride car as Cat in the Hat and also similar to Toy Story Mania. It is a shooter ride like Toy Story.
Kang & Kodos is like One Fish, Two Fish and Dumbo.
Transformers your vehicle spins 3 or 4 times. It's the same ride vehicle as Spiderman.

If just occasional spinning is ok Cat in the Hat would be alright for you. It just spins a few times and usually just one rotation a handful of times throughout the duration of the ride. No prolonged spinning that I recall. When it first opened it did have an extended spinning section but it has been toned down greatly with a lot of the spinning removed.

Men in Black would probably be borderline to bad for you as it just has some occasional spinning but will do 2-3 rotations and then an extended spin at the end.
Definitely avoid Simpsons as that is one that people consistently complain about motion sickness on.

My DH gets bad motion sickness and he uses a combo of Dramamine and Sea-Bands and that works for him and doesn't have many issues.

Simpson's doesn't spin at all. There are a lot of people who have issues with motion sickness at Simpson's, Jimmy Fallon, Minions and Forbidden Journey. If the OP is only bothered by spinning, they might be ok with these because none of them spin. Forbidden Journey does twist back and forth and up and down but doesn't spin all the way around.

Per my friend, MiB is the worst for spinning (we don't do the Storm Force teacups). That is the only ride she can't do back-to-back with the patch, but once is okay. The patch is a game changer for her at Universal. Without the patch, Spiderman & above do her in and she's sidelined for a bit afterwards. Spinning is worst for her.
